Job Overview:

We’re growing our Analytics Team and looking for an

Analytics Specialist/ Executive

to overcome analytics & data team responsibilities.

We are looking for a teammate which is very passionate about research and questioning and doesn’t mind getting hands dirty figuring things out. Being known tools such as GTM, Google Analytics, and Datastudio is a must.

Skills & Experience:

# A passion and enthusiasm towards digital analytics & heavy progressing in Analytics as a serious career.

# Knowledge of all major platforms for Analytics integration.

# Self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to research, learn, and work independently.

# Prepare and present regular reporting on performance using KPIs.

# Ability to analyze data & prepare actionable insights with understanding data-driven project management.

# The ability to plan, produce, manage, and deliver a project from scratch based on clients needs.

# Experienced integration steps :

• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager ( Properties and Container setup, custom dimensions and metrics, data layer specification, filters, etc.)
• Good understanding of Google Analytics Audit
• Good understanding of business needs and their translation to data requirements. (web tracking, enhanced e-commerce etc. )
• Experience with digital marketing tagging and technologies (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliate Partners, etc.)
• Experience with dashboarding solutions such as Google Data Studio, Supermetrics etc.

# Being known for tools such as App tagging, Google Analytics 4.0, Firebase, Adjust, Bigquery is nice to have.

# Being a supportive BoostRoas teammate in the Analytics team.

Qualifications:

# Will be great 2+ years of relevant Analytics operation experience, agency, or in-house.

# Both Turkish & English knowledge

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in integration and data insight operation and strategies both technical and strategy, though you may be a specialist in one focus area.
• Knowledge of Analytics best practice guidelines is a plus.
• Handle end-to-end Analytics projects, this includes leading with the clientu2019s marketing & technical teams.
