- 📌 The cost per lead on the Meta platform was very high, making it an unsustainable option for scaling our campaigns.

The Approach:
- Utilizing YouTube Multi-format Ads:
- We employed an advertising model that allowed our video ads to be shown as skippable in-stream, in-feed, and shorts ads. This enabled Google to identify the optimal ad format for our campaign. As a result, we achieved a 177% increase in video views.
- Employing Demand Gen Ads:
- We launched Demand Gen campaigns, showcasing high-quality video and image content across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Discover, and Gmail channels. By targeting profiles similar to our form-filling users, we secured 700% more quality leads.
- Using Video Content in Performance Max Campaigns:
- We opted for film-format video content over animation videos.

- Featuring film-format ads in our Performance Max campaigns, we reduced the cost per lead by 88%.
- Constantly Testing and Improving Designs:
- To isolate the impact of different variables, we tested our campaigns with only one variable at a time. Based on our findings, we made ongoing recommendations to enhance visuals, which reduced the cost per lead by 20%.
- Targeting the Right Audience at the Right Time with the Right Bid:
- By researching competitors’ target audiences and testing these new segments, we observed an additional 23% reduction in cost per lead.

Through the strategic use of advertising models and continuous optimization, we achieved a 536% increase in the number of leads and a 65% reduction in the cost per lead. This transformation not only addressed our initial challenges but also significantly enhanced our brand credibility and market presence.
